The Management Board now consists of the following persons:

• Harri Rein (CEO)
  Mr. Rein is CEO and Chairman of the TOOL Technology Group within the UNITED GRINDING Group. His career started 49 years ago as an apprentice in the company. He then held various positions within the company.

• Dr. Christoph Müller-Mederer (CFO)
  Dr. Müller-Mederer has many years of international professional experience and has managed companies in the machine tool industry. Most recently, he was CEO of DVS Technology AG.

• Dr. Claus Alexander Dold (CTO)
  In addition to his new role as CTO, Dr. Dold is also the Site Manager of EWAG in Etziken, Switzerland. He has held various positions in the TOOL Technology Group since 2011.

• Lars Streit (COO)
  Mr. Streit succeeds Gerhard Riester, who retired on 31.12.2023. After holding various positions within the UNITED GRINDING Group, he has also been Managing Director of the Walter s.r.o. production site in Kurim since 2022.

• Achim Schurius (CSO)
  Mr. Schurius was previously Head of Global Sales and formerly held various other positions. He has been with the company since 1999.
